July 2005 - Release of JCSLink Fixed Assets, an exciting extension to the JCSLink suite.  

JCSLink Fixed Assets communicates both in real-time and in mobile mode with the JD Edwards ERP system (EnterpriseOne or OneWorld). In mobile mode the operator can receipt new assets, view, audit and update assets, and transfer assets from one location to another. This information is downloaded to the ERP system when the operator requests it. Likewise the latest information is refreshed to the handheld device on demand.

April 2005 - RFGen Integration Suites now available in the UK

We are now actively promoting the RFGen Integration Suite for PeopleSoft and for SAP in the UK. The software has been available and is installed in the United States and in Continental Europe, but not previously in the UK. Because of our previous relationship with DataMAX (the authors of RFGen) we are pleased to announce that we are able to sell the software in the UK.

The software has been "certified" on both PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne and on SAP.

January 2005 - JCSLink Administrator Version 2 has been released and is ready for delivery to our customers. Version 2 provides a number of enhanced features and functions including:-

• new “Outlook” style look and feel
• foreign language support
• additional security options

January 2005 - JCSLink Server Version 2 has also been released and has already been delivered and installed at some of our customer sites. New features in Version 2 include:-

• increased number of functional components
• enhanced Pallet Handling
• Stock Location based picking (not reliant on Advanced Warehousing)

The changes are allowing users to manage transactions more robustly, providing the reliability required of high volume transactions and 24/7 operations.

The increased number of functional components allows Vibrant to take a “building block” approach to an implementation. This method has benefits to our customer of:-

• the confidence of using proven functions
• an upgrade path as the functions develop
• cost benefits of re-usability
• complex customer specific operations being easily configurable by combining these “blocks”
