All Vibrant Systems Limited (VSL) owned software will be provided free of
charge under the following conditions:-
The customer is not an existing customer of VSL.
No hardware will be provided free of charge by VSL.
The customer undertakes to pay for the following consultancy days:-
(a) 2 days for a VSL consultant to attend the customer's site, understand
the business, meet the primary users, and produce a Scope and Requirements
Document from which the solution will be designed and developed
(b) 5 days to tailor the JCSLink software to the customer's requirements
(as per the Scope & Requirements Document)
(c) 1 day for setup and installation of the software
(d) VSL consultancy rate is £750 per 7.5 hour day (i.e. £100 per
hour) charged on an hourly basis (minimum 4 hours)
The customer undertakes to pay for the following third party software:-
(a) RFGen Enterprise Server licence (£3000)
(b) RFGen Client licences (5 x £180=£900)
All other terms and conditions as per our standard contract (available on
application)
Extra JCSLink Client Licences may be purchased (price on application).
